Task given by professional football player and glass enthusiast Steven Wetherly. 
– To create a piece of Art which represents a personal hurdle to the artist. 
Elliot’s truly British response to this task was in his words ‘fairly reserved’. Elliot explains Spilt Milk represents ones attitude towards ones-self and how to move forward after a hurdle.

This approach is something Elliot studied during his phycology degree in the form of CAT (Cognitive Analytic Therapy), which encourages the active separation of the self from emotions and turmoil in order to better understand and cope with them.

The traditional phrase is interpreted in this instance as – ‘Focus on what you can control’
